Personality: Pluto is a very laid back person. He is a very disciplined leader and expects the same of his subordinates. He knows when to be serious and when not to. Although confident in his skills, he is not cocky. He prefers to let his opponents praise his skills. He likes having a good laugh, due to his boyish demeanor. It is rather understandable, because of how young he looks.

Zanpaktuo name: Shouten (Death)
Release: Consume the world with Blood and Darkness: Shouten
Zanapakuto note: Upon releasing, Shouten will cause the area to suddenly become dark. A moon will then appear, it if isn't already there. At this point the moon will turn blood red. It is a reflection of the Zanapakuto inner world and the zanapakuto's thirst for blood and chaos.
Zanpaktuo ability:
Shadow cannon- Pluto will release a dark ball of negative energy at break neck speed. The negative energy from the ball produces a venom. It acts like an elixir, as it slowly decomposes things(metal, flesh). On contact the ball of negative energy, will give of a burning sensation. While the force from the shadow cannon, would be like being hit. With the force from a 1000 charging bulls. Which means the target(s) will be hit with a lot of force. Afterward the wound will be infected with the venom. It will take up to two minutes before, the opponent start to feel the effects. At first they will think its just a regular burn. But in reality, its poison eating away at the open wound(s).
Shadow barrier- Pluto will produce a dark barrier in order to protect himself. From elements and abuse, the barrier is also made up of pure negative energy. The user will be able to manipulate the barrier into a shield or a dome. It depends on what the user is protecting himself from. The shield or barrier that the user uses is very strong. And can withstand a considerable amount of pressure. But can be overwhelmed by someone, with a higher reiatsu level.
Dark Stunner: Pluto will release what looks like a wave of water. However it is not water since it is made of negative energy. Pluto will release this particular attack at break neck speed. Upon contact, the attack will not cause any direct harm to the opponent. In fact, the attack will however slowly paralyze the opponent. It means that the opponent's movement will be slowed down. This will render moves such as flash step virtually useless. Since the opponent will have little mobility. It also means that there reaction time would have slowed down also. Although they can still put up a fight, they can only last for so long.
Bankai Note: Upon releasing Bankai. Pluto strength and speed would have increase 10 fold. Which means it would add to his already destructive power. And as expected his zanapakuto would have also changed in appearance. His Reiatsu would have also hit an all time high. It could easily erase any lower level hollow close by. Even some lieutenants and lower ranked opponents would fold under the pressure from his reiatsu.The negative energy coming from his sword would have also increased. It would be even more sinister and blood thirsty.
Bankai: Jou Shouten (Imperial Death)
Abilities:
Blood Cannon: Pluto will eat some of his reiatsu and release what looks like a dark red Cero blast at incredibly speed. The blast carries and intense heat and is also made of negative energy. Upon contact the blast will burn the victim, while leaving behind a devastating venom. The venom itself is a poison that slowly eats away at the opponent(s). The Blood cannon is far more devastating than the shadow cannon. It looks more like a Cero blast, but can be fired off much faster than one.
Cutting Shadow: Pluto will form 20 large disks with a simple swing of his zanapkuto. The disks are dark like shadow in appearance. The Disk are 3 ft in both height and width.They will spin at an incredible speed. Making it almost invisible to the naked eyes, but can be seen by keen eyes. Pluto will then launch the disks at his opponent(s). They will move with a lot of force behind them, with the intentions of slicing the opponent. It is also made up of negative energy, which means it will leave behind it venom in the wound. Acting like a poison as it eats away the opponents flesh. Pluto can control the disks in any fashion he wants. They are designed to overwhelm the opponent with the speed and power.
Dark Box- Pluto will change the disks from the cutting shadow technique into 5 square cubes. He will then set up a parameter around himself and his opponent(s). Pluto will then shout the words (Dark Box). In which the 5 boxes will engulf both Pluto and his opponent(s) forming a huge box. They will be locked inside a world of infinite darkness, where no light exist. So even if the opponent should try to use a kidou spell or anything that carries a light source. Will be futile, since this dark box was made to resist all light source. Pluto will be able to see his opponent clear as day, but his opponent won’t be able to see him. However they will still have their hearing to rely on and a simple touch. While inside the dark box made of negative energy. A venomous sulphur will circulate inside. It is designed so that the victim will inhaled it, thus breathing in the poison. The poison will start to take effect within 30 seconds. Once the opponent(s) have breathe in the poison, it will cause their reiatsu to become unstable. While inducing a terrible headache. And also eating away at their body from the inside. It should be noted that a more powerful opponent, or someone on the same level could overwhelm the power of the dark box. Which will result in it crumbling. This will of course take some effort to do. But the damage would have already been done, due to the poisonous sulphur they breathed in. Which will carry the same effects outside of the dark box.

Binding Spell 1: First Restraint Obstruction: Binding technique that causes an opponent to either have difficulty moving or paralysis.
Binding Spell 9: Kakushitsuijyaku - Invocation of the tracking birds
Engulfs the target in red light making them unable to move
Binding Spell 58: Kakushitsuijyaku - Invocation of the tracking birds
This technique allows the user to contact with anyone and can be used to contact more than one person.

A red ball of spiritual energy that shoots of the users hand.

A blue ball of spiritual energy that shoots out of the users hand. Its just like Destructive Art 31, except its more powerful.

A fire that is able to completely burn and incinerate a target with low reiatsu (spiritual energy).

History/Background: Pluto Rikudou grew up in one of the poorest and most dangerous districts in Rukongai. He lived a terrible life, one where he always had to be aware of his surroundings. It is said that he took on the name of his best friend that passed away due to an hollow attack. He was later discovered by a shinigami after showing that he has the potential. To be a great shinigami, he was then recruited by the shinigami. Reluctantly he went along with him and thus finding a new path. He moved up through the academy ranks, fairly quickly. He demonstrated his abilities in 3 major art of fighting. Those were, Hohou, Zanjutsu and kidou.
After his graduation, he was recruited into the 10th division where he quickly gained his shikai. He kept on moving up the ranks, at a rapid rate. As the years went by and the 3 worlds started colliding. Such as the human world, hueco mundo and soul society. Pluto found himself playing an active role. It didn’t take him long to master his shikai, while demonstrating that he had an incredible amount of reiatsu. As the war went on Pluto finally obtained his bankai. He soon replaced the previous 7 division captain who passed away. A couple of centuries went by and Pluto rose through the ranks with his unmatched abilities. He was then selected to be the next captain commander, in which he took over the 1st division. And from then on he continued trying to improve his skills. Trying his best to keep things stable throughout all the other dimensions.
Roleplay Sample: Soul Society were in an uproar, it was a regular occurrence these days. Sometimes it was fun being able to eliminate a pesky hollow. But other times it was somewhat repetitive. After hearing the announcement of a possible hollow invasion. A smile came to Pluto's face, these were the moments he lived for. Without a good battle, his existence would be useless. Pluto found himself hurry to the captains meeting, his white captain's garb swaying in the wind. His unique style of clothing became a sight for sore eyes. He managed to move from his division grounds effortlessly. He was dubbed one of the best at using flash steps. Perhaps the best in Soul Society.
With his zanpakuto strapped across his back, he could feel the energy from it. Perhaps his zanpakuto spirit were also crying out for battle. Pluto finally arrived at the meeting with the captains. And from the information given in the meeting, it seems a couple of Espadas found themselves in Soul Society. Pluto smiled as he heard the news, he knew what was coming next. He knew full well that he would be ordered to get rid of the threat. "I hope these so called espadas are worthy opponents. The last batch were a bit disappointing, i didn't even have to use bankai. Oh well i am just hoping". Pluto said to himself as a sinister smirk found its way to his face.
It wasn't long afterward that the meeting finished. And the captains were ordered to get rid of the foolish Espadas. Pluto quickly called for his lieutenant who wasn't far away. And so they head out to the edge of Soul Society to eliminate the apparent threat. Upon there arrival, the captain and his lieutenant were met with pure carnage. Pluto looked at the enemy and smiled. His was rather impressed by their efforts. Maybe they were just what he was looking for. With a quick motion he pulled out his zanapukto and took his stance.[img][/img][url][/url]
